Moose is sadly up for rehoming due to her owner, my ex partner, losing his job and home, which meant I have had to take her in. Sadly Moose cannot live with other dogs and I have a Dalmatian bitch which is causing some upset in the household.
Moose is a working dog. She requires a lot of exercise and mental stimulation. Moose absolutely loves people, she is extremely intelligent, focused, and attentive. She is a protector and she does guard.
In the home moose is very good. A big cuddle monster. She is not destructive and can be left alone. She is crate trained and muzzle trained.
Moose is great with strangers, postmen, you name it. She’s good with people all round and she has been brought up around two young boys from ages 2 to 8, however, I would prefer her to go to a home with no children, or teenage children only that are used to living with big dogs as she is a big and strong girl.
She has not been spayed. Moose only came back to me in May 2024 and sadly my ex partner did have three litters of pups from her.
Serious enquiries only as this is a very heartbreaking decision we have had to make for the sake of both dogs.
Moose is good with cats and has always lived with cats. She absolutely cannot live with other dogs.
