Hello! We are due a litter of 8 exceptionally bred smooth Hungarian Vizsla puppies on Tuesday 18th of March 2025.
Mum - Kentwone Zulu Winter - River is a KC registered dual purpose bred Vizsla with grandparents extensive show and hunt ability results. Her pedigree includes the overall best in show winner of cruft Yogi. Rivers’ parents are both working dogs who actively pick up and beat 4-5 times per week on a large estate and are out on days ranging from grouse, partridge, duck and pheasant. They are extremely versatile switching from peg dog to beating and then to picking up with ease. River has the most beautiful nature, and shows her versatility as a family dog. She spends time on the farm with horses, cattle, and sheep. Whilst she has near perfect instinct, she is extremely obedient and smart. She is content to be on the hills all day, and will be by your side and up for any activity, be that running alongside the horses, bikes, or getting involved with kayaking. But equally, once at home, she loves nothing more than getting cuddled up inside a blanket. She truly has the most wonderful nature and is excellent with everyone, she has a heart of gold and is as loyal as they come. Her confirmation is excellent, with a beautiful head and eye, a nice length of leg, she is compact, agile and quick. I really cannot stress enough what a fine example of the breed River is. She is a cherished part of our family, and this was a very carefully considered litter, these puppies will only be going to the very best homes (one will stay within our family).
Dad - Kentixen Earth Glaze - Yogi is a KC registered, fully health tested (Elbow 0,0) (Hips 2,4) (Eyes - Clear) exquisite example of the breed. Chosen for his temperament, confirmation, progeny and an excellent coefficient score for the pair of 1.7%, which is much below the breed average. Everything has been done to ensure that this litter is the epitome of the breed, not just on paper, but in practicality. These puppies will be dogs of a lifetime, and we’ve done everything we can to ensure that they uphold everything that the gold standard of this breed is; healthy, strong, incredibly intelligent, extremely loving, easily trainable and wonderfully loyal.
These puppies will be ready to go to their new homes around the 15th of May. I would like new potential owners to be involved from as early on in this process as possible. A WhatsApp group will be set up to keep you informed daily on the puppies progress, but unless by exception, we will not look to pair up particular puppies with families until their personalities begin to show. The reason for this is that the personalities of puppies can vary significantly and it is my duty to ensure that these puppies end up in the best suited homes.
They will be KC registered, vet checked, microchipped, wormed, frontlined and given their first vaccination. They will leave with a little collection of things to help them settle into their new home. Weekly visits will be encouraged where possible. These puppies will be raised in the family home and will be de-sensitised to all normal happenings in daily life. We have a great set up and whilst haven’t had a litter in years, we have previously had great success in 100% toilet training before puppies have left and we intend to follow the same system with these much anticipated little guys.
