Mara was rescued in Romania after being reported to the dogcatcher for hanging around with stray cats. A kind man fed her and the cats, and upon discovering what had happened, he rescued her and reached out for help to find her forever home.
Mara is an extremely friendly and affectionate dog who loves being around people. She is currently living with a larger dog and would also be fine living with cats.
