Hugo is a handsome Basset hound with the best temperament we could wish for. He is our only dog and a well loved family pet.
We chose to stud him as both my wife and I have a passion for Basset Hounds and would love to give him the chance to breed and extend his lineage.
Hugo is KC Registered and has recently had the following checks:
BVA/KC elbow dysplasia =0
BVA/KC hip dysplasia L=7 R=7
Laboklin: Lafora and POAG =clear
Inbreeding coefficient =8.3%
BVA/KC/Eye scheme booked for April
Vet checked and healthy. Hugo is 28kg and is a 5 on the condition chart.
Hugo hasn’t been a stud before and we are not breeders. If you would like to use Hugo please keep this in mind. My wife and I are doing this for the experience and love of Basset Hounds. If Hugo proves himself, we will increase the fee accordingly.
