He is regularly health checked at the vet every 6 months to make sure there are no other health issues and is up to date with all vaccinations and regular treatments.
His COI result is 3.8% so below breed average.
He is from working lines but is kept as a family pet and is an excellent example of the breed with a wonderful nature. He is such a gentle boy, he loves people and is great with children. He has sired 3 beautiful litters so far and all puppies have been happy and healthy and all went on to be both working dogs and family pets. We are awaiting confirmation of his 4th litter but he had 3 successful tiesš¤
Bitch can either come to us when ready or we can travel, if outwith Dundee then I kindly ask that petrol costs are covered if you are unable to travel to us.
The stud fee guarantees two meetings 48 hours apart, if you require more meetings then this is to be discussed beforehand. The fee is to be paid in FULL at the time of the first tie. If there is a slip tie then I will require 50% of the fee at the time of mating and the rest to be paid at confirmation of pregnancy. He has had a slip tie result in a successful litter before. Please note if breeding is unsuccessful (we get a tie or slip tie and no puppies) I will offer another free return mating on next heat.
I now have a reasonable contract in place that I will send over prior to studding him to your bitch. You have to be happy with this before using him as your stud dog.
I will consider pick of the litter rather than the stud fee if you would prefer this but this is to be discussed beforehand.
I will provide each puppy with a printed and laminated version of Oakley's pedigree to send away with them. I also will always be on hand if needed with any help or advice and like to keep in touch to see puppies grow.
