Jack is a hugely handsome one year old Retriever cross, currently in North Yorkshire
Jack has recently arrived from Cyprus to the UK, and he immediately settled in his new environment and this confirms to us that he did grow up in a home before he was found wondering
He is an amazing boy, He is cuddly and calm and very trainable with food/treats. He is hugely intelligent and loves his snuffle ball and his yaker chew.
He desperately wanted to meet other dogs on the couple of walks he’s been on and was a lovely friendly boy with them, he is honestly an absolute joy.
He is very clever, Absolutely no accidents in the house from the word go. He learnt ‘go wee’ on day one!
He has started crate training (not easily) at 10pm and whines for about 5 minutes - no barking. He has then slept through until 6am without any accidents. The Crate is just for bedtime. Also, with a chew he will sit nicely whilst the family have their dinner and not try to jump up.
Jack can share his home with another playful and friendly dog or be the only dog as long as people are around a lot and he has access around the house.
Jack cannot be with any cats, and although super friendly with Children, they must be over 10 years old and a lovely secured garden for him to explore and run.
He will need to be given jobs to do, further training and constant training, mental stimulation and lovely long walks and adventures
He is super friendly, loving and enjoys cuddles on the sofa
Jack is neutered, microchip, vaccinated, blood tests including a Brucella Canis Test and has his own passport.
