Tyler has flown from Cyprus to find his forever home . He is currently in foster in Waterlooville ,Hampshire
Tyler is 18 months old and this is what his foster mum says
Tyler is an absolute sweet heart. He is an affectionate boy and is very handsome. He will come for attention and snuggles on the sofa and he always gives the loveliest welcome in the morning or when we've been out. He has been absolutely fine with my two dogs and likes to wrestle and do zoomies with one of them. He will sleep next to them on the sofa and they all move around each other with no issues. Tyler is a little nervous on walks and will stop and watch if a car or person goes by. He walks quite nicely on a lead, he does like a good sniff (occasionally pulls to get to a scent) He likes going on the long training lead. He is great on this as he gets a bit of freedom and we can practice recall. He is good in the car and just sits on the back seat next to my dog. We feed Tyler at the same as our other 2 dogs. He always sits or lies down while we're getting it ready and he eats it with no problem or aggression. He takes treats and chew sticks without problem and we haven't seen any guarding or aggression over food. Sometimes Tyler may occasionally bark at a dog in the distance but he mostly just stops and watches them walk by. He has been great with dogs on his walks, not paying a great deal of attention to them as he's usually too busy sniffing the ground. Tyler is a big hit with all the family, we all think he is gorgeous and fabulous. He'll come to us all for a cuddle and a stroke. He likes to sit cuddled up next to us but he will equally take himself to his bed or on the sofa. , Tyler sleeps in his bed alongside my 2 dogs in the dining room at night. He settles without any noise or problem. During the day, Tyler has access to the living room/dining room with my 2 dogs. He will settle in his bed or on a sofa. He has been left with them on a few occasions up to 2 hours do far and shows no sign of distress and there has been no destruction whatsoever. Tyler loves company and is pleased to be with people but he can equally take himself off to lie in his bed or sit on the sofa alone. While he likes to wrestle and do zoomies with my dog, I think he could also be an only pet as he doesn't need to be around my two all the time. He does seem to like doggy company but he loves his humans. At home, Tyler knows his name and will come when called. He knows Sit, paw and Down. He will need more work with his recall, to know he is secure with it before letting him off the lead Tyler is a pleasure to take out and you couldn't wish for a nicer boy.
