BARNEY is a 3 year old, medium size, 15kg boy currently in the Swindon area. BARNEY is a loving and affectionate boy who is looking for a home that will give him lots of love and attention. BARNEY also loves his daily walks and to run freely; sometimes his recall isn’t always perfect if there are distractions! As well as physical stimulation, BARNEY is bright and eager to please, so needs plenty of mental stimulation too. The rest of the time, BARNEY thinks he’s an oversized lapdog who just wants to snuggle up with his human!
BARNEY can be left for short periods but is used to having someone mostly at home, so we would prefer that to continue for him. He can be rehomed with children 10+ but BARNEY would probably prefer to be an only dog. BARNEY is house trained, knows all his basic commands, has never been destructive, eats well and loves treats and toys! He walks really well on the lead, but can sometimes pull if he gets over excited.
BARNEY can sometimes be a little anxious so needs a kind and patient home, preferably with rescue experience, and the rescue will be on hand to help BARNEY transition from his old home to his new one.
