Description

I have made the impossible decision to rehome my beautiful calico female cat due to a change in circumstances. This will be adoption rather than sale (it made me put £50) as I want her to go to a family who really want her and give her the love nd understanding she deserves. She is 3 years old and I have had her since being a kitten. She is very playful and was originally a house cat due to living on a main road. After that we moved somewhere with woodland and allowed her to go out with a cat flap and she loved being outdoors but also loved the warm fireplace and my lap. She is very loyal and isn't very sociable with strangers or other pets, but for me and for anyone who takes the time she will be forever loving and protective. She gave me comfort in my darkest days. There have been issues with her not using her tray indoors which also led to us letting her outside. She was litter trained from being a kitten but for some reason she would use the tray and then the floor also. We consulted the vet and we tried all approaches to no avail apart from allowing her outside and taking away the tray which seemed to work. I am being honest about this because I need her to go to an understanding family who won't get rid of her if this happens. We keep her in on bonfire night as she can be very jumpy and in winter try to keep her in with us as much as possible. We now live near lots of fields so I would want her to go to someone who lives rurally and on a farm or with land/fields to the back and away from a main road as she is not road savvy. Ideally she would need to go to a home such as this with no other pets ideally and someone who has experience with cats and can tolerate her if she does have an accident. She is my world and I want to know she is going to a good home so I would ideally want to come and bring her and then you would be welcome to come to my house to see her also.
