- thank you so much to everyone for your interest in Nino, he has found his home but my next guest arrives next week and sadly there are far too many cats out there looking for their own forever home. I don’t post many of my fosters on this site but feel free to message me If you’d like to talk about finding your perfect new pal and gifting them a safe and loving home -
~ I don’t know why it insists on listing Nino as a kitten, Nino will be 5 in March but has just as much (probably more) love and joy to share as any kitten I’ve met if someone will give him the chance to prove it! ~
Hi I’m Rebecca. I foster rescued cats and kittens, help them get back on their feet and find them new homes when they’re ready. (Rescues are full and waiting lists are long, so I take the poppets with nowhere else to go - sadly there are many of them). I do this independently with a couple of other ladies and we use own finances, adoption fees and kind donations to provide the necessary food, litter, toys, vets bills for spaying, neutering, MoTs and medication etc. I believe that every cat deserves to be loved and to feel safe. And while I can’t help them all, I do as much as I can.
Nino, My latest foster cat is nearly 5 years old and looking for his forever home.
He is the most affectionate funny loving cat ever! Head shmooshes and kisses and constant purring. He will be a tough one to say goodbye to and will make a wonderful new member to any family.
Sadly Nino was unable to join his owner when he moved abroad for work and so is my most recent guest.
Nino is very shy when he first meets new people but after a week of playing hide and seek, it was as if he had been a part of our household forever. He’s got a lovely personality and is a cat that knows what he wants!
Nino has a bold and charming character. And despite never meeting any cats before, he has embraced cohabitation with my own two remarkably well! I think he would enjoy the company of another cat but has been an only cat until now and so would be fine on his own too.
He and my daughter have struck up a mighty bond. Nino loves to play with her and if she’s not available then a cotton bud ear thing will keep him entertained for ages!!
Nino really is a super cat and will benefit from someone able to give him lots of attention and let him pretend that he is the boss of the gaff haha!
We have
- treated Nino for fleas and worms
- Had him neutered
- Had him vet checked
- Had him microchipped
He will need
- a booster jab
- Patience and respect while he gets to know you and your home and feels he can trust you
- A home forever. No more disruption for this chap!
- To feel safe and loved for the rest of his life :)
