Frank is the perfect companion, greeting everyone who comes into the home with a wagging tail. He settled straight into home life, having a sofa to call his own and loving the attention and fuss he was receiving. Frank has not been phased by the fireworks and has been building up to a 4-5 hour leave time, which is fantastic!
Frank is so responsive to training and is a very clever boy who loves human companionship, cuddles and his walks. He will need a good sized, secure garden for playtime, scent work and free work. Hiring a secure field for additional exercise would be perfect for him, where he can enjoy running around away from populated areas.
Frank’s recent owners have found they can not provide him with the life he deserves long term. He can be vocal around dogs and prefers walks away from busy roads and areas with a high population of dogs. Being a Lurcher, he wants fresh air, grass and the sound of nature.
Frank is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is also muzzle-trained and happy travelling in the car. He can live with older children. Frank has a clean bill of health and, to help future adopters, the Charity is offering to pay for Frank’s vet bills, should he become ill or injured in the future.*
