Meet Nala, “Nala is a super loving dog, she loves strokes and tummy tickles and basically just wants to be shown love and to give love. Her paw will reach out to you for more cuddles and she is so affectionate. Nala will thrive in a home that can give her the love and attention she desperately needs and to carry on building her confidence that we have seen in abundance. She doesn't like fireworks. She loves her food and treats but most of all she loves her cuddles. She is so clever and learns so quickly. She responds well to commands. She loves food and will eat very quickly so needs a slow feeder” 💞
Nala is looking for a home with a female primary carer, she has previously lived with one male who she was very nervous of at first and could bark at however after a few months she eventually settled and loved his company, she never had an issues with males outside of the home however inside she was very nervous of them 🏡
Nala currently shares her home with children 13+ who are male, she was very wary around them at first and could bark and growl at them however has slowly accepted them and is now very good with them the majority of the time. She could share her home with Older children 14+ however any male children will need to be confident and willing to slowly gain her trust 👶
Nala has previously lived with other dogs who she is very good with, she will need another confident dog in her home to keep her company and help build her confidence 🐾
Nala accepts a collar, harness and lead. She walks nicely on the lead and does not pull. She is always looking around and stops to check where her owner is. She can sometimes try to jump up at people if she is excited and doesn't like people with Hi Viz jackets🐾
Nala is toilet trained but is not crate trained, she has shown some destructive behaviours such as chewing beds and slippers etc. She has been left alone for up to 4 hours and has shown some signs of seperation anxiety causing her to chew, she would therefore prefer someone who is home most of the time and able to slowly build up her alone time. She sleeps well overnight and travels well in the car 💞
