This stunning chocolate brown girl is a GSP (German Shorthaired Pointer) cross, who found herself abandoned on the streets in Cyprus, most likely because she didn’t make the grade as a hunting dog.
Dora is a bit shy and unsure at first, but once she feels safe and secure and
with patience and kindness, she warms up quickly and becomes the sweetest and most loving companion. She gets on fabulously with the other dogs in the shelter.
As a GSP cross, she will likely have medium to high energy levels, so an active home would be ideal. She will need some basic training but she is a very intelligent girl and has displayed an eagerness to learn new things.
Dora is already clean in her kennel, showing she’s ready to learn and thrive in a loving home. Dora has never known what it is to be truly loved or to be part of a family and her adopters will understand that she will need lots of patience and reassurance to reach her true potential. The rewards however will be a loyal and loving companion who will love you unconditionally and who will fill your days with fun and laughter.
