Hello to whoever is reading this.
Please know that this is the hardest decision I have ever had to make.
Nala is my 2 year old Shepard, she is fully house trained!! knows many commands including fetch, drop, leave, sit, lay, wait, come, down, all gone and many more. She has amazing re-call inside and outside of the home, best game of fetch I’ve ever had for real. She is an absolute token to the breed.
Nala has been well socialised growing up but we ran into a bully dog that ended up attacking her resulting in her being reactive to other dogs. This could be helped with some training.
She currently lives with me, my partner my 5 year old son and our 7 year old lurcher.
The reason I have come to the decision to re-home her is my partner has had a bad accident resulting in needing around the clock care, I have little to no time to help her with her reactivity, I can not commit to taking her on the walks she loves and deserves, and it’s just not fair. My life has been turned upside down the past few months and she doesn’t deserve to be neglected due to that.
