LUNA is a 2-year-old medium-large girl with sparkling eyes, a joyful heart, and an active, social spirit. She arrived in the UK just days ago and was doing absolutely brilliantly in her foster home. Unfortunately, due to deeply personal health struggles, her foster had to make the painful decision to return her—not because of anything Luna did wrong, but because they recognised they couldn’t give her the life she deserves.
“Luna is such a great dog and more than I could’ve ever asked for. But since she arrived, I’ve been struggling in a way I never have before. It’s not her fault at all—she’s been wonderful—but I need to focus on my health and I know she deserves more than I can offer right now.”

LUNA was found abandoned on the streets, walking up to strangers and looking into their eyes as if to say, “Are you the one?” When she was taken into foster, she finally felt safe—and she settled in beautifully.
She was loving, calm at night, gentle with the children, friendly with every dog she met, and happiest when cuddled on the sofa or running at full speed in the garden. She even ran alongside her foster on jogs, showing that she would be an ideal match for an active family or individual.

LUNA is an affectionate, intelligent girl who loves companionship. She's great with children and very social with other dogs (though she can be a little forward at first and needs kind, slow introductions).
She enjoys toys, puzzle games, training, and exploring the world. She's perfect for someone who enjoys walks, hikes, or runs, but she’s just as happy to snuggle at the end of the day. She’s housetrained, car-safe, and can settle for a few hours alone.
LUNA is also incredibly clever—she already offers her paw and is learning recall quickly. She adores attention, will gently nudge your hand for belly rubs, and will happily flop next to you on the sofa.

LUNA would be a great fit for an active home, whether solo or a family with children (dog-savvy, over age 7 preferred). She would thrive with another friendly dog who enjoys a bit of playful wrestling and garden zoomies. A secure garden and someone around to enjoy daily adventures would be ideal.
