PLEASE SHARE/HELP Adoption or foster 🆘 🆓 🆘 🆓 🆘 🆓 Goldie Gramps ‘lived’ with cats & dogs his whole miserable life-someone give him (reduced fees) When something is so priceless you can’t put a figure on it & that’s why Gramps (grandpa to the Sampson family) is only a reservation deposit of £125 with NOTHING more for his new owner to pay. If you spot him for a little extra on any of our appeals that’s because a free dog can be at risk. This is why rescuers have to consider these things & tailor make their approach according to the audience. We wish to attract a serious & committed owner only. Gramps who is under 10kg must leave before the winter- he’ll not survive it and will freeze to death. He’s great with kids as you can see. Alls he needs is a warm room and a garden to potter in. He’s great company and loves other dogs and lived with cats inside and outside his previous ‘home’. He will fit right in as you can see in his showcase video below. Please ask if you are having problems locating/playing it. His full bio is also attached here which gives his history & current predicament & circumstance. We have only a small window to find a placement for him. I want him to be in a cosy & safe house before December. Has someone out there got a heart & selflessness that will squeeze in this little guy. He’s under 10kg & he’s never been anyone’s 1% never mind 100%~ BTC wants to help dogs like Goldie Gramps- my mum named him, I noticed him stuck in a pound lying on concrete & our p4h members - surly one of you will give him salvation? Love leesa & the team Save Gramps Official rescue Break the Chains BG/UK (Official) Home visit & £50 deposit applies RBU subject to contract Early enquiries welcome with Karen Johnson or Leesa Mckenna*COSTS SPONSORED BY KIND BENEFACTOR* Launching senior ‘Gramps’ the ‘unexpected relative’- Samson’s father in law! lived with cats. He will freeze in the winter so a warm fire is vital. Please read on & share to get him an urgent home Just when we thought we’d seen the last of the Sampson family & saved them all (some in U.K. foster) - Gramps turned up! I was just about to do a celebratory post for the others and glad I didn’t- it would be a bit premature. Gramps has come up on the outside lane & is racing ahead with his transformation (watch showcase). I met Gramps lad, as my mother has christened him, in July 24’ and being a softie for the oldies I immediately wanted to home him. He was clearly an outsider with no form because he looked like he was on his last legs- you may recall me including him in the ‘broken dogs’ of Europe post - he didn’t look like he had another race in him- well Gramps has made a liar out of me & the vets and is virtually a thoroughbred now He was kept in the same squalor & neglect as his family including daughter Delilah, his grandchildren rag, tag & bobtail & his son in law ‘Sampson’ plus others on chains :( The chained dogs were left behind when the rest were confiscated by officials. They were taken to a government pound & I made it my mission to help them on our first meet. What we didn’t know was that Gramps was a relative of the Sampson family. It’s important to us to know these things though for officials it’s irrelevant information as they see so many dogs. Imagine my surprise and desperation when I realised that he’s not only well enough to travel now but he’s also the unexpected relative! Gramps and his family prior to ‘rescue’ had access to indoors and outdoors. They were always surrounded by cats & dogs. They are great with both. Their ‘owner’ was a hoarder & whilst wet food was on offer we’re told they were often shouted at. Gramps as the forefather has a presence of mind and resolve that his propelled him from the brink to celebrity status. The wee fella is a superhero in his transformation all credit to his spirit. What a resilient little soul. His desire to know life now that he is liberated is so immensely poignant & remarkable that it must be rewarded with a home. Unlike his relatives chief Gramps is not shy in coming forward. He WANTS to live- for the first time in 11yrs he’s enjoying life as he knows it- that morsel of kindness has got the best out of goldie gramps & he’s virtually been born again. What he doesn’t know is that his older body temperature can’t regulate itself & come the minos temperatures (already dipping to below zero at night) he will probably die- he’ll freeze to death and just give up. So we need to find his special person. He just wants a garden and love plus treats - as for the fireside - well he is the hearth of the home - a reassuring presence that you can’t be without - please say yes to gramps:- His vital statistics and must haves below Gramps Sex:male Size: the size of a sausage barrel & around 10kg Age: 11yrs approx’ Coat: short Dogs Puppies Cats Men Women Strokes Taking treats Handling Garden or outside space please Lots of cuddles and compassion Pottering around garden Occasional walks if you like Company of other dogs would be a bonus even if just a gramps play date or local fields Please make gramps your everything because you’ll be all the world to him Transport outlay & home check applies.
