Due to a change in my job and financial circumstances, I have had to make the heartbreaking decision to sell my girls. Sausage and Cookie are mother and daughter and are very attached to one another, so it’s incredibly important that they stay together in their new home.
Sausage is a 13.2hh Dartmoor mare, aged 9, previously broken and ridden and is incredibly smart. She will need to be brought back into work slowly, as she currently hasn’t been ridden in almost a year. She can have an attitude, but once she has built trust with you on the ground, she has a heart of gold. She is not suitable for a novice rider.
Cookie is a 12.2hh aged 4 Dartmoor mare, she has done a lot of work on the ground and has been sat on. She is ready to continue her education with her new family, and will be an absolute child’s dream when she is broken to ride.
It is really important to me that their new home will stay in touch and keep me updated on how they are, as this decision really is heartbreaking.
£2500 with all of their belongings, including rugs and saddles, home more important than the price.
