Bluey is a truly stunning young male rescue cat with the softest fleece-like fur, gorgeous crystal-blue eyes, and the signature folded ears of a Scottish Fold. He looks like a mix between a Scottish Fold and an Arabian Mau – but we just call him adorable.
Rescued as a stray kitten, Bluey has blossomed into a loving, affectionate companion who absolutely adores people. He’s happiest when he’s by your side – following you around like a little shadow, always curious about what you’re up to. He’s especially fond of tummy rubs, cuddles, and chasing after a wand toy like a wild little hunter!
Bluey is generally quite calm but definitely has a playful side too, and while he doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body, he does enjoy play-biting sometimes during playtime. We think this is simply because he didn’t grow up around other kittens to help him learn those early social boundaries – but he never hurts you and is a clever boy who just needs a little guidance and an experienced cat-loving human to help him flourish. Once he’s able to explore the outdoors and burn off some of that youthful energy, we think he’ll settle down beautifully.
Bluey would thrive in a quiet, calm home as the only pet– perhaps with a single person or a couple – where he can feel safe, loved, and part of the daily routine. He’s still a little skittish around new noises, but with time and patience, he’ll build confidence.
He’s very easy to care for: easy to handle, perfectly litter trained, in excellent health, and neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Around 10 months old, Bluey is ready to start his next chapter
