It’s with great sadness that we are having to re-home our gorgeous Cocker Spaniel.
Barney turns 2 at the end of May and is a very loving, intelligent, inquisitive pet.
Unfortunately due to no fault of his own, we are in a position that Barney needs a new home.
He has been brought up in a house with 2 teenagers and a cat.
Barney would ideally suit a single person, couple or older family that love being outdoors.
He is fully house trained, loves his walks and being outside, he loves training and learning/performing commands and tricks.
Barney is also fully crate trained and prefers to sleep in his crate at night.
He can be very excitable initially when people visit the house and I would also not recommend enquiring if you have small or younger children. Another reason for this is that Barney can occasionally resource guard very high value food or toys like bones. This is quite common within the breed but further work will be needed to eradicate this.
