From hip scored & health tested parents 💥💞
Hello and thank you for taking the time to read.
I writing this advert with hope, in the search for Vinnie's forever family.
Sadly and through no fault of his own, Vinnie's previous owners were unable to provide him all that he needed long term and so they made the heartbreaking decision to bring him back to us a couple of days ago. Vinnie was born here with us on the 11th July 24. His mum 'Asher and his dad 'Riko are wonderful examples of their breed. Carefully chosen for health, temperment and beautiful characteristics. Both Asher and Riko have been hip and elbow scored with excellent results.
Asher's results - hips 2-2, elbows 0-0.
Riko's results - hips 5-5, elbows 0-0.
Mum has also been DNA tested and cleared for multiple hereditary conditions including JLLP, MTM1, HUU & DM.
Dad is hereditary clear for JLLP.
Both Riko and Asher are KC reg but their pups are not as Asher's certificate can not be obtained from her previous owner. Mum is viewable alongside Vinnie, but his dad isn't personally owned by us. Sire belongs to Rauchigrotts. Please see attached photos. Vinnie is from a wonderful litter of 7, all of which are doing fantastic. Vinnie has spent everyday knowing what true love is, resulting in the sweetest, most gentle 6 month old puppy you'll ever meet. He's been brought up around children all his life of various energy levels and ages, including my own. Since he's been back with us, Vinnie has adapted well and has even braved a little sniff of one of our cats too. Although a little shakey and all be it a bit unnerving, he managed well and the cat was kind enough not to look at him. His confidence is begining to flourish once again and introductions have been going great. Bless him.
Vinnie comes with everything he'll need to get you started, including his crate, bed, food, treats, raised food & water bowls, blanket, toys, collar & leash, his original birth certificate, microchip details, vaccination documents and his current vet details.
Vinnie's diet currently consists of a combination of raw and Royal Cannin twice a day.
Vinnie is a snuggle bug! He wants nothing more than to be in your company and despite his ever growing size, he's very careful to do all that he can to get as close as physically possible to you for your love and attention. Strokes once started must continue indefinitely... he'll let you know if you're not finished yet. Vinnie is best suited to a family home or with someone who won't leave him alone for too long (he doesn't like that). He's very clever and knows most simple commands and has so far been quite gentle walking on the leash. In his excitement Vinnie can sometimes push to take control of the walk but baring in mind this beautiful boy is only 6 months old, I'm impressed this is all that requires a bit of attention. Vinnie is completely house trained and other than one accident during his first night back with us, he's not missed since.
As always, we're in no rush to ensure the perfect home for our babies and Vinnie is no exception.
Vinnie is all up to date on his vaccinations and since arriving back with us, he has been flea treated and wormed again as a precaution. Before leaving us, Vinnie will be seen by our vet for a clean bill of health, ready for what we hope will be the start of his new adventure with his final forever family.
If you feel you could be the family we're seeking and you're able to commit to his endless cuddles, we would love to hear from you.
Elsa and family.
Ps. Please remember a rottweiler, no matter how super duper adorable and sweet, still requires a lot of dedication. It takes a special kind of person to to behold the honour of such a commitment to such a beautiful furry friend. Right now, Vinnie needs on average 30 mins of physical exercise a day, increasing that by 5 mins every month. By the time he's an adult, Vinnie will need a minimum of an hour or more physical exercise a day. Mental exercise is just as important, as well as training and socialisation.
Please make sure you've done your research and or have had experience with large breeds before. Vinnie needs a permanent and loving home for the rest of his life, nothing less. xx
