**EXPERIENCED OWNERS ONLY** It is with great pain and frustration that I write this post. This is Koda, we are looking to rehome him: He is a Central Asain Sheppard Cross (livestock Gaurdian x Mastiff). He will be 2 years old in November. He is 56 kg. Not neutered. Ill be straight to the point, we are looking to rehome Koda as he snapped at my wife a short while back. He did not bite her, this was a red line for us due to having an infant son. Some breif context. We got Koda when he was 6 months old, quickly we realised something was off with his temperment. From an early point he showed deep anxiety and insecurity. In response to this we have hired a dog trainer, a dog behaviourist and a dog rehabilitation specialist to train us to help Koda. We have contacted rescues and sanctuaries to no avail, we DO NOT want him to be put to sleep, this is the last thing we want. For Clarity: Koda is a good dog, he has had a difficult start and we have put considerable time and effort to help him. I am sure, the right person can rehom and koda truly flourish. Koda is highly food motivated and will happily put the work in with you if you work for him. Ideally: An Experienced owner. Preferably someone with land and or an outdoor lifestyle. No cats. Older children. I am more then happy to provide more in depth and detailed information about Koda privately (History, veterinary information, dog traines etc). We currently live in Dorset, and am happy to host a home visit for the right person. If you love a considerable distance we can do a video call. Bedding, toys and initial food will be provided. PLEASE NOTE: The website states we must put a minimum fee. We just want koda to have a good life.
