🌟 Meet Little Lolly – Terrier Mix, 2 Years Old (3 in October)

Lolly is a sweet, bright little terrier mix who has had a tough year. Sadly, after her owner passed away she was moved between several homes, not because of any fault of her own, but simply due to circumstances.
That’s how she found her way into our care – and now we’re determined to make sure her next home is truly her forever home.
💛 Personality & Temperament
When Lolly first arrived she was understandably anxious, but it didn’t take long for her to show us her true self. She’s a loving, affectionate little girl who bonds quickly once she feels safe.
She has a gentle, steady temperament and has been around children without issue.
🐾 With Other Dogs
Lolly currently lives happily with three other dogs in her foster home. She was a bit nervous at first but soon settled in. She isn’t particularly playful with other dogs – she’s more of a “happy to hang out” type – so she could live alongside a calm companion or equally well as an only dog.
🚶♀️ Out & About
Lolly loves her walks. True to her terrier roots, she enjoys exploring the woods, sniffing, and keeping an eye out for squirrels! Her recall is coming along nicely, and she’s showing herself to be a clever little dog who would thrive with ongoing training. We think she would also enjoy dog sports such as agility or flyball.
She travels well in the car (hops in herself) and takes new places in her stride – even busy environments like an agility show didn’t faze her.
🏡 At Home
Lolly is clean in the house, crate trained, and happily sleeps in the kitchen with the other dogs at night. She can be a little vocal – especially if she hears a bang, someone at the door, or if she’s excited – but that’s her terrier nature shining through.
After her walks, she is more than happy to settle down and relax.
🌿 The Home Lolly Needs
Lolly is an active little dog who would love a home where she gets proper countryside walks and adventures twice a day. She would suit an active individual, couple, or family who can give her the stimulation and love she deserves.
