16.2 10 year old TB gelding
This horse is not your normal thoroughbred, he’s the most laid back and straightforward horse you will ever come across, perfect manners, good to do in every way, completely vice free.
Came off the track last year, he was a very successful racehorse, won 13 times.
He has been completely reschooled, 3 balanced paces, gives a nice feeling.
Does walk to canter, simple changes, leg yields, started shoulder in. Very adjustable canter and getting very good at the collected canter!
Has been out to many arena hires for jumping, rides well around a little course, has popped up to 1.20 on a single fence.
Absolute machine Xc schooling, he has never ever said to no to any fence!
Has hunted and he behaves impeccably, happy at the front or the back, will wait to do fences and doesn’t get hot or silly at all.
Been to many fun rides and the beach and again just perfectly behaved, even goes in the sea.
Hacks out lovely, will ride on the buckle the whole way and you can have a canter or gallop and straight back on the buckle. I’ve had my 11 year old son hack him out and he’s been a saint. Not the best at hacking alone, however I have done this, you just need to be confident to ride him forwards if something is a bit scary but he never does anything silly , is just “looky”.
Good for the farrier, to load / travel, dentist, bath/trim etc.
he is the safest horse I have ever had and I can trust him with any sort of rider, he’s the best confidence giver, you would never think he was a racehorse, he’s so laid back.
Has never bucked, reared or done anything naughty.
