Description

Meet Jack! The most lovable and largest GS dog you’ll ever meet. He is friendly, affectionate, loves attention, great with children, good with other dogs. However, he is reactive on dog walks with other dogs - he is eagar to meet the dogs and have a sniff and will make a great effort to do so. He is very loud with his bark. Please bear in mind that he is larger than most male GS dogs. So you need to be strong and able to handle him. Jack has spent his whole life so far in a family home with children from aged 2. (And chickens) It is very important to me that he has a similar setting. Ideally he would go somewhere with plenty of space in the house and also plenty of outdoor space. He makes a fantastic guard dog. No one will get near the family home without him making everyone aware. He is also a great deterrent. I have never seen him bite, growl, or show any signs of aggression towards a human. He barks loudly, but that is it. I’ve trusted him around my small children and chickens and never once been worried about him hurting them. He has so much patience. He does show signs of anxiety at times and needs to be cared and loved greatly. He is 4YO, intact and has lived with other animals. Including another dog and chickens. Our garden backs onto fields with sheep in and he hasn’t ever paid a great deal of interest in them. He is a huge part of my family and heart. I will only allow him to go to the perfect family home, however long it takes to find that. It breaks my heart to see him go. But due to changes in our family, my working hours have increased along with other responsibilities and Jack isn’t having the time put into him that he deserves. With him being young, he deserves total dedication. Please only enquire if you are serious and know you can offer him the best life. Call me anytime for a chat. I’m not selling him for financial gain, but the cost is to deter people with bad intentions. Thank you for reading! Georgia
