Meet Ana and Skye, Ana is a sweet girl who likes to lay around and chill all day so a calmer home would be ideal for her. Skye is described as a happy, calmer dog and therefore a calmer home would be best for her.
Ana is a very docile and calm girl, she prefers to hide out of the way when need people arrive as the excitement can be too much for her. Once everyone is settled she will come out to say hello to everyone and is very friendly. Skye is a very friendly girl however she can be more nervous of men coming into the home, with slow introductions she does amazing with everyone.
Ana accepts a collar, harness and lead, she is very good on her walks and walks with no issues without pulling. She can sometimes stop and needs some reassurance to continue. She is very good with people, dogs and children on walks. Ana does like her walks however she does prefer shorter walks as the longer ones can be too much for her. Skye accepts a collar, harness and lead. She walks very well on the lead without pulling and is good with dogs, people and children she sees on walks.
Ana and Skye have lived with her owner's daughter from the age of 4/5 and they are very good with her, they can therefore live with children in their home following slow and sensible introductions.
Ana gets on well with other dogs. Skye has been around dogs who she is very good with however she does prefer calmer dogs who will respect her space and not overwhelm her. She will generally keep her distance from dogs if they are too much for her. They can therefore share their home with calmer dogs following slow and sensible introductions.
Ana gets on well with cats. Skye has been around cats who she is good with however she can sometimes become overexcited and chase them, they can therefore live with confident, dog savvy cats following slow and sensible introductions.
Ana is toilet trained and crate trained. She has never been destructive and has been left alone for up to 8 hours with no issues. She sleeps well overnight and travels well in the car.
