Hi there, this is Sunny(sandy) and Hat(white)!
They’re about 1yo and as much as it sucks I’m looking for a new home for them.
They’re really lovely girls, and they’ve never bitten, they don’t chew anything outside their cage, and they love chocolate and banana chips!
They have been spayed to reduce risk of lumps later in life.
I adopted them from someone who got them dumped on their doorstep, hence the vague DOB!
Ive had them since they’re were ~2months old, I planned to just have old rats the same age as my other older rat (she’s since passed away) but the place these 2 were left at didn’t have the facilities to care for them so I took them anyway.
I surprise managed to get into uni in another country and can’t take them with me, which is why they’re being rehomed.
They’re sweet ladies and if you’re looking for a hands off pet these 2 are for you!
I leave their cage open all day (closed at night) and they’re always in it whenever I come home!
They come with their cage and all their accessories (including food, litter, nebuliser, carrier, etc.) or without, depending on what works best for you.
If you would like the cage too, I won’t be able to transport that to you as it’s huge!
If you would just like the rats I can bring them to you in person no problem.
They do require nebulising once or twice a day as Hat (white) often has squeaky breathing, but she’s already had a course of antibiotics and is okay with just nebulising from now on!
I also have weekly weights of them if you would like.
