Baby Giant African Land Snails (G.A.L.S) available for sale if anyone would like an exotic and interesting pet before they move along to the reptile pet stores.
They currently fit nicely on a finger and within a year of good care can reach the size of your palm. Fantastic pet for children to learn about responsibility and for adults who just like something unique, they are super simple to care for.
£5 a snail or I can accept offers if buying multiple; I can also provide a full setup kit which will be a 3l bravast tub filled with substrate and moss, 6 weeks of food, a bowl and cuttlefish for £20. This is suitable to house several baby snails for 6 / 7 months.

Snails are happy to be kept solitary or in small groups.
I'll also give full advice on how to best look after the snails and you can contact me anytime you have questions or need help. They can also be returned to me at any point if you're no longer able to care for your snail whether that's months or years down the line.
People have a lot of misconceptions about snails but G.A.L.S are actually easy to keep clean, enjoy being misted with water and they have their own personalities. They are classed as 'intelligent' and can come to recognise patterns, foods and possibly owners, it's believed they can feel certain emotions and they can feel pain. They live for 5 - 7 years on average so you can enjoy them for years to come.
* Happy to donate some to schools for education purposes but would like them to go with one of the enclosures I set up or otherwise would like to see pics of a suitable set up.
