My boy is such a loving dog and loves cuddles and attention, so this decision is hard for me because he has bought lots of fun to our home.
The main issue for me is that we have another female dog who is 7 and he dominates her which is causing her distress, so it may be best if he is rehomed as the only dog.
He can be anxious when out on walks and tends to bark a lot when he see other people or other dogs and birds, so still needs some training there due to his protectiveness.
He is crate trained and happy to sleep in there at night and can’t be left up to 4 hours. For the most part house trained, has the occasional accident. He is neutered and up to date with flea and wormer and is due his annual vaccs. He is micro chipped and has had his kennel cough.
He is a huge bundle of energy, very clever and loves fetch and squeaky toys. He is a chewer and will eat anything so you have to have eyes on him at all times. He is nervy if strangers come to the house and will bark a lot but once he knows they are ok, he just wants all the attention and to cover you in plenty of kisses. He visits the groomer every 8 weeks and absolutely no problems there.
He’s fine with children, however I would suggest over 6 as he can be quite boisterous although not had any problems with my 3 year old.
Anyone taking on my boy will need patience and have the time to do training with him and have experience of the breed.
He will come with crate and lead, harness etc.
