Description
Hi, I am looking to rehome my cat, Yoda (Full legal name Baby Yoda). He is 4 years old and male. He has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. I have just recently realized that I never updated the previous microchip address from the owner I got him from before. I have had him now for around almost 3 years, however a move is making it impossible to keep him. He is an incredibly loving cat once he is comfortable, however he is shy and is easily scared by loud noises. He is an indoor cat because he's too timid to be outside and as said before scares easily. He usually keeps to himself most of the time but will from time to time look for cuddles and want to hang out on the sofa next to you. His diet is Felix or Whiskas wet food and Purina Dry food with a once week fresh fish or chicken meal. I'm looking to have him rehomed ASAP (Within the next month) but I will not just give him to anyone. Especially anyone who thinks cats are just playthings for their amusement. I am looking for a home where he will be cared for, for hopefully the rest of his life. He has a lot of years left and he deserves to spend them in peace and with someone who will make him feel loved. I have put this off constantly because I really don't want to part with him but ultimately I have to. He needs to go to a home that is usually quiet, without dogs (However getting a puppy may be fine, I just know he dislikes big dogs) and without children (Had a bad experience with children with his previous owner). I ideally would like to make sure that you can afford looking after a cat too, my current costs for food, litter, treats and new toys (he breaks toys easy) is around £60-£80 a month. Extra points I may have missed: - He doesn't like wearing collars - He hates drawers being opened (Don't know why) - Scared of the hoover - Loves bird watching - Will want to smell everything you eat - Likes to sleep in a corner where he can see everything - it's a 50/50 if you bath him as to whether or not he's fine with it. - Responds to the word "Up" and a flat elevated palm by getting up on two legs and headbutting your hand - Responds better to a soft, sometimes high pitched voice - Likes women more than men - Will respond to you sometimes - Dinner time is known as "Foodies?" - Likes to be picked up like an over the shoulder baby - Hates his tail being touched If I can think of anything else I'll add it here or let you know if you enquire. Ring or text (07401853303) . If I don't pick up, leave a text and i'll get back to you ASAP. I am not asking for any money for him, all that I ask is that you have the money to upkeep a pet and that you can show love and care for Yoda.
