Description
Hello, we have 2 indoor male guinea pigs who are so tame lovely and friendly. They are like part of our family. But our landlords are making us rehome time by the end of this month. I want to make sure they go to a great home with specific conditions, such as being kept inside around people so where they get lots of pats and a variety of fresh food, in a big space... Preferably with a garden for them to run in when it's warm but brought inside at night.. We are only charging money to make sure they go to a good home who values them and not to a snake owner or something like that - we just the best home ever for them. You also need to feed them lots grass. They eat loads of it everyday and have for years. They Live in hay bedding and have lots of hidey holes. They do sit out in the open a lot but it's a Guinea pigs nature to sit and hide in tunnels and burrows so as you can from the picture we replicate that for them and we want someone who will do something the same or similar. The big white and peachy one, Sunshine Pig - he does get a bit backed up so needs his poop cleaned out every now and then. It isn't a pleasant job hut he is so friendly and full of Love, even preferring pats before food that he is worth it. He has pea eye which is totally harmless. It just means he has fat eyes. But there's nothing wrong with it. They are both so friendly and loving. They have a massive personality and love getting head scratches all day long. We don't catch them much and mostly hand feed and pat them. But they're OK being caught too. We want someone who is willing to feed them basil, grapes, peppers and all sorts of foods all through the day and not just once it twice. As guinea pigs stomachs are designed to eat all day that's what we do. We give them hay and dried food too but we want them to be with someone who isn't too strict with their diet. After all food makes them so happy. We live in Harwich Essex. Please know we will be going through and interviewing process and we need to rehome them by August. Thank you Kai
