We received this tortoise when he was approx 1 year old. He was a hatchling and we are not 100% sure which type he is and he is still too young to determine sex - although we call him a ‘he’!
We need to rehome the little man, as one of our children has intellectual disability and doesn’t understand how to look after him. So he will often pick him up and move him around. We also have dogs so we want to keep him safe!
We have a tortoise table that we use outside for the summer months which can be included and a smaller tortoise table used indoors for hibernating / colder months. Both show signs of wear but can be included.
An UVB lamp and bulbs (inc replacements) is also included as well as feeding and water trays and a few bits of bedding.
Super cute animal, very easy to look after and faster than you realise! Gutted to let him go, but keen for him to avoid being moved around
