1 of 2 remaining tortoises that were homebred last August. (Pictured left in 1st picture).
Beautiful markings and colouration. No health issues. Eats and drinks well on weeds and salads. The growth rate has been slow and steady. The birth weight was 13g, and now it is 43g.
Incubated at 32.2C to maximise the chance of females, but cannot guarantee the sex.
It is not microchipped because the tortoise is too small. The plastron must be at least 100mm
The tortoise will be provided with a goody bag, a care sheet, an Insurance voucher, and an Article 10 certificate. I will also provide aftercare support.
Parents can be viewed.
Please provide an ideal environment for this tortoise to be fully set up and running, and do your homework before purchasing. (Essentially, you require a safe and secure enclosure with heating, appropriate UV lighting, Somewhere to hide, food and water facilities, and a varied substrate to provide interest).
