Barley is about 2.5 years old, and medium in size. He's very friendly and needs a an experienced home. We think Barley could be an only dog, or he could live with another female dog pending successful meets. He does love playing with other dogs, but we think a female would be the best choice for a forever companion.
Barley is a happy, bouncy dog. Therefore would not be suited to a home with young children or cats.
This lovely boy has just been given a foster placement with a member of the Amicii team, and so he is now living with many others doggies (his foster parent runs a doggie boarding and day care service). So far, he has been great with the other dogs and has really been enjoying the creature comforts of a home.
Barley is smart as well as handsome and knows all his basic commands. Barley is strong on the lead and is responsive to everything going on around him. His ability to learn will help you to develop a strong bond through force-free training and games.
Barley would love a home with a secure garden for him to run around in.
He likes other dogs, and would love doggy friends outside of the home. In the home, we feel he'd be happier as an only dog or with another female dog (not a male).
