Had these for about a year and absolutely love them. Unfortunately I'm moving to a smaller property so I'm having to put shrimp and Guppies into a community tank and they're just not compatible with TigerBarbs. One barb has had half of its tail removed due to the pecking order process, it's been like that for 6 months and the poor fella is absolutely fine. There's a mix of male and female .
They are currently being kept in a 12 litre bucket with heating and a filter, so they're doing good whilst separated from the main tank .
