🐶 Oscar’s story is a mix of love and unimaginable neglect. His owners, fled from a war, left him behind with an elderly man of 80 years old in a village. With no idea how to care for him, the old man kept Oscar in a freezing garage during brutal minus 19°C weather, feeding him mostly moyldy bread and providing no comfort or care. When kind neighbours saw the cruelty Oscar was enduring, they couldn’t stand by and do nothing. They reached out to the rescue, and the old man handed him over without hesitation. Despite all he went through, Oscar’s spirit remains unbroken, and he greets everyone with his joyful, trusting nature.

🐶 Oscar is a perfect little dog with an endless capacity to love. He adores everyone he meets—dogs, cats, children, even butterflies! His sweet, affectionate nature makes him an absolute joy to be around.
🐶 Oscar was never a stray and clearly once knew what it meant to be cherished. His wonderful manners show how much he craves companionship and affection. He’s well-behaved, housetrained, and brilliant on a lead. Whether it’s a walk in the park or cuddling on the sofa, Oscar is just happy to be with people.
