Please consider Maya.
Maya has lived all her life in a ‘cell’. She had her brother and sister for company but their lives were so empty with little socialisation and stimulation. Even though we had no open foster homes we could not leave them so brought them to our kennels in Wiltshire. .
Thankfully a foster home soon became available. for Maya. Within 24 hours this super little girl started to show what a little star she is.
In Maya’s own words:-
I’m a little shy but very friendly. I love every dog I meet be they big or small. I have some very small foster siblings so when I play with them I try and make myself as small as possible so I don’t scare them. I love sleeping and I am so good at night. I don’t make a sound. Even though I have never lived in home before I know to go out in the garden to go to toilet. I have started going for walks. I am a bit slow because there are so many different sounds and smells. It’s like I have landed on a different planet. But the best bit is I met so many people on my walk. They were so nice to me and some of them gave me belly rubs. My foster mummy told me I am a really good girl and that made me so happy. I am still smiling.
