Bruno is a 11m old border collie
He is a lovely dog we've had him from 8 weeks old and was from a farm and both parents were true coliies the grandfather was a prize winning herder so the breeder said.
Unfortunately he has developed alot of reactivity towards dogs,cats, cars shadows and most things that move tv inculded also barking.also doesn't like anyone touching his collar so needs desensitisation to this too.
unfortunately he has also started nipping and dominant behavior towards my children he is fine with them but trys to bully them about a bit as he is strong and hyper
because of this hence the very reluctant rehome needed due to his unpredictability.
He needs someone with more time and expwrience to train him into the brilliant dog he can be as he responds well to training he just needs alot more time
He does sit, lay high five but not consistent and also has good recall when no triggers are present but once triggered he is hard work to listen to any command
He Would suit a home with no other dogs unless they are placid enough to adjust to his excitement to help socialised him and no children
however he doesn't show aggression to dogs just hyperactivity but is not socialised with others and I believe he can be trained to be fantastic as his young age he's just too much for us and with the dominant behaviour to my children and his reactivity issues
Bruno is very clever and needs a job to do to stave off the boredom he's mastered door handles and some baby gates and loves catch and fetch games and some agility stuff very energetic and smart
Bruno is on the raw food diet at the advice of a trainer with added biscuits as this suits his bowels and had calmed him down a bit due to all the sugars in mainstream biscuits
He is crate trained also and comes with a crate toys etc
The price is items included with him and to make sure seriously people only please as he does require alot of time and effort ideally someone who knows the breed also
He is microchipoed and upto date with all vaccinations and flea and worm treated regularly
I will not let him go to anyone if i think he isnt suited !!!also no scammers i will check your address and want pictures of your garden or view if local enough due to past experience
