Here we have our blue and gold macaw “jojo” through no fault of his own we are selling him and looking to find him a good home. He does prefer a Male companion but will adapt to a regular female. Both myself and my partner handle him but he prefers my partner. Please do not message about him if you don’t know how noisy and messy this breed of bird is as he can be very loud and loves to throw water and his bird seed everywhere. He had an accident with his right foot a little while back and he only has two and a half toes on one foot but this does not effect him walking around or climbing he has adapted to it very well. We love him very much but with the complaints we get from the neighbours and the housing as well as having a baby who is almost ready to walk we have taken the heartbreaking decision to sell him. So please only message if you know the breed and are willing to take him on.
