Roo is 3 years old, my daughters parrot. My daughter has moved out and she is not able to have pets in her accommodation. We have been looking after him, but due to working full time and other commitments, we can't give him the love and attention he needs and this just isn't fair. He's a beautiful little bird with a lovely personality and would benefit an experienced home where someone is around for him to chat to.
Roo is very loving, but can be a bit nippy until he gains your trust. He can easily be won over with a grape!
He has a limited vocabulary, but he does try and will mimics sounds. He absolutely loves music, with 70s disco being a firm favourite!
He was hand reared by a local breeder and is used to being handled. He loves a tickle and needs to be able to have time outside of his cage.
