It is with an incredibly heavy heart that we have come to the decision to rehome our wonderful dog, Gus. Due to ill health within our families, we have found ourselves travelling up and down the country having to leave Gus with sitters, and he really deserves stability and the best care possible.
Gus lives with our two young children and a cat, he is incredibly gentle and adores the children. He is completely house trained, and non-destructive. He loves long walks, preferably off lead as he is used to running in the field behind our house. He loves his toys, and long snoring snooze on the sofa and lots of cuddles. Gus is a medium sized dog and is strong on the lead.
He truly is an absolute gem and there will be a gaping hole in our lives without him. He’s a total catch and anyone who meets him adores him.
We would love to rehome him locally, and be able to see him here and there. We would also be very happy to have him for the day or walk him if you’re busy and need care for him. We appreciate this is an ask to maintain a relationship with our us, but we adore Gus as do the children so just seeing him and walking him monthly or so would be wonderful.
He would need a home with a garden, long walks and mainly a home who will love and appreciate him!
