DescriptionSadly through no fault of her own, we’re going to have to say goodby to our Tilly.
Unfortunately for her, I am due to start a new job in the coming weeks with much longer hours, as well as bringing up our baby daughter, which is now taking its toll on me and my partner trying to balance the dog within our daily life.
This was completely unforeseen when we first took her on, therefore we can’t give her the attention she currently craves anymore and we’ve been left with little choice, I believe she deserves better and is still young enough to be someone’s forever dog.
She is the most loving pup in the world, always wants cuddles and belly rubs! She needs regular walking and loves to play with both humans and other dogs, wouldn’t harm a fly and is of course a sucker for treats and chewing things!
I may also add how relaxed she is in pretty much any scenario when needed, such as the bath, car, groomers, vets etc, doesn’t even flinch.
I’ve trained her to sit, lie down, follow, come, stop it, toilet, give, go in the bed and roll over (although roll over usually requires treats lol), she is very clever and learns unbelievably fast.
She is pretty much completely house trained now, with the odd accident here and there, which is usually down to us being out the house for long hours, so she’ll need multiple toilet breaks throughout the day, although we are seeing massive improvements as of late and these accidents are now rare, she usually indicates she needs the toilet by pacing and a little cry, she will know to go by saying ‘wee-wees’.
As already mentioned, she loves a good chew, so keep an eye on what she’s got in her mouth, she’ll chew her own toys most of the time, but sometimes the odd slipper or anything laying around on the floor wjll potentially end up mangled (if not supervised lol), however I’ve been told this passes fairly quickly once she reaches adulthood, she will instantly stop chewing something if you tell her ‘Tilly, stop it’.
Again, she is the best dog in the world, whoever gets her and is able to give her what she needs, will have a best friend for life!
She will be available from 6th December, just to give us a little cooling off period in case something changes, however that is very unlikely and I only wanted to make this known.
Please feel free to ask any questions etc.
Thanks :)
