We are looking to rehome our female beddy whippet.
We would like her to go to a loving pet home with another dog as she has always lived with other dogs and can be worried when on her own.
Out of the house she behaves very terrier like, nose down finding all the smells or running around having fun!
in the house she behaves more like a whippet and loves to cuddle up or play with toys.
She is only looking for a home due to my ill health and not being able to exercise her as much as she needs.
She is a beautiful girl who just wants to please or play!
She has lived with children aged 14, she has met young children from 3 plus but she is bouncy at times and does jump up, although trainable id still say children over 8 would be better for her as she's still young.
She has also lived with cats, she doesn't have much of a reaction to them but they are kept separate alot of the time, when she sees them she is interested and would try and play with them, which would involve some chase. So I'd say better off without cats unless your happy to put in the work.
She walks well out and about but does pull to start or when excited.
She can be a little nervous meeting new people or dogs sometimes but she'll just hide with you until she's ready to say hello.
She's vaccinated and up to date with everything
We will only let her go to a pet home with another dog who know the breed
