It’s with heavy heart that we’ve decided to rehome our collie dog Gyp. She is a tri coloured short haired collie with one blue eye. She has a lovely nature, but due to us being a farm the other working dogs dominate her and she has become very shy and won’t work or walk with them. I worry she’s not living her best life with us.
We would love her to go to a loving home where she can be spoiled and loved. She would suit an active home she loves children but is nervous around other dogs, although I wouldn’t entirely rule out a home with another dog as she does get on well with our Labrador in the house and her mother.
She was born and reared on our farm the parents were our working dogs. We still have her mother who is quite elderly and retired now. Her father passed away a couple of years ago.
She currently lives outside and is very happy in her kennel, I’d recommend an outside dog kennel for her.
She is fit, healthy dog who is microchipped and spayed.
