Bagheera is a sleek, handsome rescue cat with glossy black fur and little white belly and soulful eyes, he’s absolutely stunning – but it’s his sweet personality that really steals hearts.
He may be a little shy at first and startle at new sounds, but give him a few days and he’ll be nuzzling into your arms and purring like a tiny motor. Bagheera loves affection – head rubs, cheek scratches, and gentle strokes down his back are his favourite. He’s not a fan of tummy rubs, or being picked up for long but he is very much like a dog wanting to be near you all the time.
This affectionate boy is also a big foodie! He’ll meow excitedly when he knows food is on the way, often weaving around your feet in anticipation (watch your step!). He’s got a funny little habit of meowing at random times too – it’s like he’s chatting with you, and answering him back is half the fun!
Bagheera is a big fan of playtime and goes wild for a toy on a string – he’ll chase and pounce like a true hunter, keeping you both entertained for ages. When playtime winds down, he loves to curl up in his cozy cushion-and-blanket cave or perch on the sofa, quietly watching you with his big curious eyes.
While he’s sociable, he also values his quiet time and would thrive in a calm, adult-only home or with older, gentle children who understand his boundaries. Loud noises can make him nervous, but he’s adapted well to household sounds like traffic and voices outside – a little patience goes a long way with him.
Bagheera is fully litter trained, and in great health. He’s vaccinated, microchipped and neutered
We would ideally like him to remain an indoor cat as he seems perfectly content indoors and would possibly get into scraps with other cats if he goes outside.
Bagheera really is a sweet, gentle soul looking for someone to love him as much as he’ll love them.
