With a heavy heart, I am looking for a new home for my beloved Amazon green parrot, Charlie. He is 10 years old, microchipped, and has been checked annually by an avian vet, ensuring he is in great health.
Charlie is a social, intelligent bird who loves interaction and stimulation. Unfortunately, since the birth of my daughter, I haven’t been able to give him the time and attention he deserves, and with another baby on the way, I want to find him a home where he will be truly happy.
I have always referred to Charlie as “he,” but in reality, I don’t know his actual sex—I never wanted to do a DNA test because I’ve always seen him as my boy and didn’t want to be disappointed.
I am offering Charlie for sale along with his large cage and a small travel cage. He thrives outside of his cage and would do best in an environment where he can spend plenty of time socializing.
