We are devastated to rehome our beloved dogs but due to lack of time at home to care for them we believe it’s best to find them a home who can give best life possible, we are away a lot of the time and they spent most of their time indoors. They are very independent and mostly sleeps quietly throughout the day. They are friendly with people and some dogs. They loved to go on long walks. They do get excited with passing dogs on the street so you need redirect their attention. They always kept on lead. They sometimes pull depending on how excited they are before going out, has very little re call so we only use private and inclosed fields to let her run around. Their diet is a mix of dry food and raw mince. They love soft toys and treats. They both are gentle with our 18month old and kids they meet. Not good with cats and other small wild animals due to their prey drive.
Both full Japanese Akita Inu with champion bloodline and great health history.
Mother name is Mokka, she very affectionate with people love to be pet, she will always have her paw out ready to receive treats if she think you have some. She love to be chased around by dogs(when we meet up with the rest of her family) she will alway pick the best spot to nap in. She 2years 7months old, import from Moldova. She is neutered/ spayed.
Son name is Kimora (Japanese for tree village) he wonderful happy dog always come when call (inside the home) to see if you have any treats or just to play. He will jump up to hi five you when you come home, unless you tell him not to. He loves meat and could eat the whole fridge if you let him. Once ate a whole chicken we had out defrosting. He is not neutered and does pee frequently marking his territory out on walks and new places we go. Kimora needs 1.8m fenced garden as he can jump quite high and escape.
We would separately rehome them as probably the best for them to get more attention and the right family to adopt them. In the past we tried to rehome them together but we understand most people just want one dog. We also hope we could keep in touch with them through IG @mokka.akita
