It is with a heavy heart that we are seeking a new home for our beloved male Springer Spaniel Beau. He will be 3 years old in April. Due to changing family circumstances and the sale of our house, we are unable to take him with us. This decision has not been made lightly, and it is incredibly difficult for us to part with such a loving companion.
He is a funny, energetic guy with a lot of love to give. He enjoys cuddles, long walks, swimming in the sea, and playing with other dogs on walks. He adores head scratches and being around people, making him a joy to have in your life.
Beau does have issues with resource guarding. He has had extensive residential training and has shown great progress. While he has no signs of resource guarding at the moment, he does need an experienced owner who understands the importance of continuing his training and managing his specific needs. We would recommend a home that is child-free and pet-free due to his history with resource guarding. This is something we’re happy to discuss in more detail with any potential people that are considering Beau.
