We first came across Gigi when she was bought into our spayathon in June. A chap had found her in the fields, her little ears were covered in ticks and she was to be put back out in the fields after her spay. FAR couldn’t let that happen and took her on.
Fast forward 4 months and Gigi has arrived in foster in Dorset.
This is what her foster mum says about her:
Gigi has only been here for 3 weeks but is growing in confidence. She is learning that hands are nice and give yummy treats and lovely massages.
She is clean through the night and using puppy pads during the day if she has an accident indoors. She is enjoying time in the garden and is at her happiest when she’s playing with the resident dogs.
In the last couple of days Gigi’s started to play with toys and likes to take shoes into her bed. Her personality is coming out more and more.
Gigi had taken a liking to one of our dogs in particular, she follows him about and sleeps beside him. With this in mind Gigi will need another confident dog to cuddle up with.
It’s still very early days for Gigi but with the right family, time and patience she will make a fabulous companion. She’s very gentle and lovely natured. Once she is in your arms she relaxes and enjoys a cuddle.
Gigi comes with full rescue back up. Adoption Fee of £545 and home check apply. Please note, we are unable to consider for adoption for Gigi to: People with children under 5 years old People under 25 years old Homes without direct access to a private and secure garden Homes where the dog will have to be left alone more than 4 hours.
