Ruby is a miniature shetland. She is red with white. Her temperament is very laid back, kind of lazy, gentle hearted. She has the souls of a grandma and nanny. She will happily come over to be caught when shouted over acres of grass. Anyone can put her headcollar on, not the typical cheeky pony that may catch one day and not the next. She gets along with all ages of horses and all sizes at that too! She isn’t phased by children and toddlers running around her screaming and playing, equally if the football or other toys get under her legs she will just stand quietly. Not marish ever and is never nasty or nippy. Never kicks bites rears bucks or bolts. Fine to be ridden tacked up or bareback completely loose. She will happily potter down main roads full of traffic with arctic lorries, motorbikes, vans, pushbikes, cars, dogs… it’s very rare to come accross such a trusting pony around children but she is definitely the perfect first pony or companion. I have videos of her on the roads but viewings I’m happy for her to be pottered around and taken down the road etc. I would like a loving home only for her and not where her gentle nature will be taken for granted by with adults, gentle home for a gentle girl
