Meet Blue, Blue is a very confident...happy boy! He will take food from you, interact with you, preen your hair, land on you, dance with you....however he isn't a fan of fingers. But don't let that put you off, he's super confident and comes to you, in fact...he won't leave you alone once he gets to know you and will follow you everywhere, just to land on you and just be Blue. He likes a whistle competition on who can whistle the fastest. He loves his bells, if you've got his bells with you he's like puty in your hands. He loves his grapes and bell peppers the most. He's a lil'bugger when you've got your food and he's out...he'll come pester you and if you're not looking he'll sneak a bit. If he's in his cage and sees you eating...he'll dance and sing at the bars for a bit. He gets let out everymorning....but make sure you've had your cuppa first or he'll be in it.
Now the "bad" points....he isnt young and "fresh", hes 8 years old! Thats 8 long years of thinking hes the king and we're all his workers and he'll make sure you remember that. he isn't a fan of fingers and will nip and fly off, doesn't like fingers through the bars. For some strange reason he's absolutely obsessed with my children and they can put their fingers all over him and he'll give lil'kisses...but please don't use your children as bait to test this out straight away. I waited a day before I baited my children out (I'm joking) he's been with us for a couple years now and honestly, it's breaking my heart posting this, he's the most comical bird I've even come across. Ive had to grab him a couple times and he doesnt bite.., just don't offer him your finger Anymore information on Blue please get in touch
